But alas, here I is on dA.

A lot has happened since I last posted.

I'm in college now as a Computer Graphics major almost through my Freshman year. I've learned a lot art wise. I now have a new and amazing appreciation for creating with all dry and wet media tools.

I actually plan to take it up as a hobby and start working in the Destijl abstract movement and perhaps incorporating some Cubism. On top of all of that, I'll throw in my own spin when it comes to details and coloring. It's pretty exciting.

Thanx to Digital Imagery, I now wish to go ahead and put out money for a nice DSLR camera, but I have to be responsible financially. I'll be uploading my photography at some point as soon as I find time to save copies and upload. Currently they're all in RAW format and I don't think dA allows RAW uploads.

Intro to CG is a blast. I'm doing really well in that class and I'm not expecting anything less than an "A."

I may not really care for the college too terribly much, but the art department here is absolutely fantastic. Also thanx to small class sizes, it's easy for the Profs to give extra attention to the students in need. It's also cool just getting to know them. They have a lot of great advice and are also a joy just to talk to.

Coming this summer I plan to leave the fast food work behind and take up sit down dining as a waiter. I found out that in certain areas, some waiters get near $500 a week and that would help out immensely with college. Hopefully I can find a good summer waiting job within a short time after getting out for the summer.

Well, that's about it for now. I gotta get back to writing my Psych Paper... Or rather, go to bed... Something. Why AM I up anyway?!
