We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Then just use the distortion filters and also the "Transform" settings in the "Edit" menu. Just play around, mess with the different layers.

what color should the brush be?
do you click w/the brush on a new layer? (layer 2)
what does pressing Ctrl and the brush layer supposed to do? (it doesn't make a marquee on my photoshop)
and the "layer below it" where i do Ctrl C, is that the layer w/the fractal copy?
